he is released on $25,000 bail. last month police arrested another instructor on charges of sexually assaulting an underage students at the same facility. a historic is one of two man accused of stealing rare documents. police say barry landau and jason savedoff tried to steal the dozens of documents including a paper signed by abraham lincoln and numerous invitations to presidential balls. they say landau sign out the documents. >> the owners of a toy company pleaded guilty to the part in an alleged kickback scheme involving city police. they face up to 25 years in prison after admitting to paying thousands of dollars to baltimore city police officers in return for to directing
